We work to connect organisations and promote equality in the public and private sector. Providing a open space for conversation and accountability.
Everything we do is designed to promote the needs of those groups in our communities, who may for many reasons be misrepresented or treated unfairly by organisation and services in the private and public sector.
Supporting, but not limited to discrimination relating to : Age, Race, Disability, Gender, Sexuality, Religion, Unemployed, Homeless, Prison Leavers, and Cost of Living.
Discrimination causes severe negative impacts on mental health, physical well-being, social relationships, and economic opportunities.
No sector is 100% free from discrimination.
Public and private sectors need to force change to end discrimination.
Ministry of Justice and HM Inspectorate of Prisons assessments roughly 57% of adult prisoners have literacy and reading skills below an 11-year-old's expected level.
Approximately 11% of UK households fall behind on their water payments, while nearly 1 in 5 (21%) of those struggling to pay end up in debt with there supplier.
Long-Term Unemployment: Workers over 50 are significantly more likely to experience extended spells of unemployment; roughly 30% of unemployed older adults have been looking for work for over 12 months
